This article's vision of the future of Enfield in India is so prescient as to be eerie. It was written in December 1932. At that time the Bullet was a novelty motorcycle just introduced and not considered suited for the rugged terrain in India. And of course, Enfield India was not going to exist for almost 20 years yet. Nevertheless, look at how the article ends:
"it is not too fanciful to anticipate the day when "Bullets" will be flying peaceably about the countryside, from Calcutta to Bombay and from Himalayas to Cape Comorin".
Incredible words!
"Bullets will be flying..."
