In 1968 one of the four dealers in the US listed in Royal Enfield advertisements was Cooper Motors of 1815 W Olive St in Burbank, CA. Today (or at least until recently) the building was occupied by the Indie Rock label Alias Records. Today, the dealer in Los Angeles is NoHo scooters,
They are about 3 miles away from each other.
I've been to NoHo Scooters, which is also Royal Enfield of Los Angeles. That's King Kong on the roof, climbing the Empire State Building. It's part of the movie theme decor. You can see it a bit better in this picture.
