We have talked of an Enfield being turned into a God. Now there is another example. (Or perhaps examples?). The Erinyes, or furies, were minor Greek deities. There were three of them, Alecto ("unceasing"), Megaera ("grudging"), and Tisiphone ("avenging murder"). This article draws a parallel between the Greek furies and the three models of the Enfield fury made in India we discussed before.
