Where in Springfield?

The Royal Enfield dealer in Springfield, Massachussetts, was Walter T. Tarka, of 346 Parker St. Today the site is occupied by a house with too many trees to be seen from Google street view. Mr. Tarka seems to have sued the Commonwealth due to loss of business arising from a street construction project. He seems to have had an impact on the area.
