Five teams of six riders recreated the 1964 ride from John O'Groats to Land's end in 24 hours, exactly 50 years after it was completed, on modern Contis. The original trip also included a lap around Silverstone by John Cooper clocked at 73mph. Cooper was at hand to take a lap this time around too. David Blasco has additional info and a video.
