Sammy Tanner

Sammy Tanner was a legendary racer of the 1960's. He has been inducted into the AMA hall of fame and now sells Arai helmets. He was nicknamed "The Flying Flea" for his small size, appropriate nickname for someone racing on a Royal Enfield. The picture is from Cycle News May 13th 1969.
