Great shot that I at first took for a motorcycle with trailer. The bike is belt driven by a motor mounted on the rear carrier. He refers to it as a "pedal cycle." So this is a Royal Enfield bicycle with a Simplex auxiliary motor. I can not imagine MY wife being willing to ride in a get-up like this.
