New sculpture in Redditch

Reader Christopher sends us a picture of a new sculpture located in front of the little house that remains at the site of the Royal Enfield factory on Hewell Road in Redditch, the one that now has the plaque from the Royal Enfield Owners' Club. There is no description of the sculpture. Maybe the uprights were salvaged from the factory building?
