NV was a bicycle and motorcycle company in Sweden. It started in 1873 in Uppsala as a precision engineering company, started producing bicycles in 1893 and in 1927 their first motorcycle. Many of the motorcycles they produced were (sometimes partially) badge engineering jobs. In 1950 Royal Enfield started supplying them with engines from the civilian version of the Flying Flea (125cc) which they incorporated into their NV 10 model, and from 1951-54 complete 350cc Bullets, finished in red, which they sold as the NV 40.

Fantastic find. I've never heard of this. Notice the round tool box is moved to the front of the frame on the Flea?
