Perpetual Motion appears to have been a series of British documentaries. They look like mid 1980's, since Viswanathan was the CEO, he stepped down in 1987 (although the credits say 1992). Here is one about Royal Enfield. Wilf Green makes an appearance!

A really outstanding documentary on the Bullet and Royal Enfield. It also includes Redditch test rider Brian Crow. Great find!
