Gordon Selfridge, an American tycoon that went on to create one of the most famous department stores in Oxford Street in London, Selfridge's, still going strong. Interesting ad. It's only 1914, yet there is a healthy supply of used motorcycles and sidecars to be purchased. This vehicle really did take the world by storm.
