Noise in India

Reports indicate that police in various towns in India are cracking down on loud Royal Enfield exhaust pipes. This particular one from Pune indicates 180 citations in two days. I didn't realize there were that many Royal Enfields violating the law. I was in Pune a couple of times and don't even remember seeing any Royal Enfields.
