Sorry for the quality of the picture, I took it in Villa Allende, in Córdoba Province, Argentina, while I was being driven through there at night, so I barely got the snap. It is unclear what is going on there, there does not seem to be a bike dealer, just a couple of restaurants. Perhaps a place that sells apparel.
