We have discussed Royal Enfield motorcycle ambulances in the past. The Online Bicycle Museum has an article about the use of bicycles as ambulances in World War 1. They show an example built with four Royal Enfield bicycles. They also have historical pictures of what look like Royal Enfield bicycles, but it is difficult to tell for sure.
