A dhaba is how they call a roadside restaurant in the Indian Subcontinent. Punjabi Dhaba, however, is near my home off exit 40 in Interstate 12 in Hammond, Louisiana. Rather unusual for an off stop in a US Interstate, it offers excellent food and has a Royal Enfield for decoration! I don't know how many readers this blog has in the vicinity, but you can order online here.

ReplyDeleteStill fitted with a pushrod engine, I see it because of the canister location. In the newer ones with OHC engines, the canister is not so easily noticeable.
