When this blog started in 2009, there was almost no mention of Royal Enfield in US motorcycle magazines. Perhaps due to that, I am still excited to see articles appear, although there are more common these days.
Cafe Racer Magazine, in their December/January issue, has three full articles about Royal Enfields. Alas, they are not online (at least without a subscription). So I will summarize things a bit here.
The first article is about the Royal Enfield custom contest, titled "A deluge of two wheeled talent". It features the Scrambler by STG Tracker out of Argentina,
Also Rajputana Customs' Vigilante,
and New Jersey's Craig Vantuono's Conti,
and North Carolina's Tim Antonucci's INT 650,
All this is followed by an article on a first ride in a Super Meteor 650, and a tech section article by Blair Powell on new bodywork and valve adjustment for a Conti GT.
If this were not enough, there is a full page ad for the Super Meteor. What a feast!
