Neutral finder

Anyone who has ridden a Royal Enfield has developed a love/hate (ok, mostly hate) relationship with the Albion gearbox. It is remarkable that the patent for the neutral finding mechanism is freely available on the internet.

And since we are on the topic, can we find any remnant of the Albion Engineering Company in Upper Highgate Street in Birmingham? Doubtful. Here is the complete Upper Highgate Street as seen today. There is a factory at the bottom, but it does not look all that old. Without additional information we cannot know. You can fly there with Live Search Maps.
